Client Implementation Project Manager

Position

As Client Implementation Project Manager you will manage different client inceptions, playing a key role in the implementation of global clients acting as an interface between the different workstreams and the client.

 This role reports directly to the Head of Client Implementation.
 
  
 As our Client Implementation Project Manager, you´ll get to:
 

  • Responsible of assigned projects within the Client Implementation department.
  • Conduct revisions of the business terms of the contracts on an annual basis in coordination with the Legal Department to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies and regulations.
  • Create and maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders in a proactive manner.
  • Proactively communicate the project planning and execute according to the established time frames.
  • Definition and development of internal company processes and client solutions, and ensure the outputs are achieved.
  • Identify key issues and risks, report accordingly to Head of Client Implementation and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  • Responsible for business analysis reports for external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage applicable master data in Sales Force. 

 

We'd love to meet someone who:

We are looking for a highly motivated, performance driven individual with initial experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate would have:
  

  • University degree in Legal, Business Administration,  International Relationships, Organization Engineering, or similar ones.
  • 2-3 years of experience in  project management – insurance field experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English, every additional language is a plus.
  • Certificate in Project Management is a plus.
  • Experience in CRM systems is a plus (likely Sales force).
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office package.
  • Strong organizational and structural capabilities, ability to focus and delivery with discipline.
  • The ability to work cross-functionally across the organisation and able to manage and navigate ambiguity.   
  • Detail oriented can-do spirit with appetite to go the extra-mile.
